MA. SHEILA CABRERA
Her
pensive expression, those "chinita" eyes that
coyly smile at you, those red lips. Indeed,
she has a face no one can ignore. Sensitive
to people's moods, she's a friend who accepts
you the way you are. A true epitome of femininity,
that's Sheila |

MONA
BRENDA CAMINS
(with honors)
Miss
Intramurals '83 - the disarming smile, long
silky hair and calm poise. Others? Her fighting
spirit which became the driving force of Charlie
Company and did we hear of Chemistry answers
going around during tests, originating from
her desk, that is? Oooops. |
|
VIVIAN CAMURUNGAN
Behind
that silent and fragile-looking figure lurks
a different kind of personality. A believer
in the maxim "keep you feet on the ground
and reach for the stars". Surely, there's
already a place in the field of medicine for
this young lady. A girl full of promises.
Vivacious, vibrant, veracious and vulnerable.
Viva Vivian! |

MA. CRISTINA CANLAS
(with honors)
Cristina
is an apotheosis of a true Filipina. She
is timid and serious when you get the chance
to know her, you're in for a surprise. Surely
there's going to be no dull and boring moment
in her company. Cristina is a faithful friend,
a rare treasure. And with all the benison
Cristina received from God (beauty, brains
and good personality), there's no doubt
that the future for her will be bright.

MONINA
CARTAS
This
girl of a few words. Any interview with Monina
would just comprise of yes's and no's and
a silence. You could hear your own heartbeat.
She's the type who wouldn't speak unless you
would ask her. She loves to bake and cook.
Relax, Mama. |
|
MARITA CASTILLO
Marita
is very quiet and shy. She is often seen
in the library with her friends. She likes
her studies… and the normal "tsismisan and
tawanan session" with her friends |
|
URIEL CASTILLO
Uriel…a
very individual name for an equally unique
person. So what is in a name? In this case,
a lot! A real gentleman, a worthwhile companion,
a sensible dresser, a good dresser, a good
dancer, a true friend, and undoubtedly, much
more… |
|
MARISSA CASTOR
A
sincere and active Christian, Marissa conducts
for a choir group in their church. She's
also a good singer and guitar player. |
|
MARILOU LOURDES CASTRO
(with high honors)
She
sees movies in-between classes but does well
in her exams yet. She certainly knows how
to mix business with pleasure. A very down-to-earth
girl, Mimi doesn't have qualms mingling with
any crowd. Quite mature for her age, she understands
almost everything there is in life, so far,
that is. She is always sincere with everything
she does and say. |
|
MA. THERESA CASTROVERDE
The
face that is "KUH" to many people. The wide
smile that brightens your morning. The resonant
commanding voice that silences every Saturday
training. The Delta Coy Cmdr. Rarely is
in the Corps Office. But when she shows
up, it makes a whole lot of difference! |
|
ANGELA COLET
She
strikes us as funny with the giggles, and
the ver-hungry tummy. With the cute curls
and the laughter so hearty, Angie is a potpourri
of all the happy things in the world. |
|
WILMA CORNEJO
Wilma
with the cute and tiny pair of eyes; though
very quiet in the classroom, her loud, contagious
laughter can be heard once she is outside
or along the corridors. She never runs out
of stories to tell - no wonder it's such
a pleasure to be in her company. |
|
JULIUS IVAN CORONEL
(with high honors)
High
school life --- ahh! His senior year saw him
carry 300 co-seniors on his shoulders as the
Kampilan Corps Commander. Serious and jolly,
never in an outrage, his moods quickly spelled
leadership. Like any other military leader,
all his decisions may not have been widely
accepted. But his achievements were well-recognized.

|
MA. JARMILA CRUZ
Jar
belongs to one of the silent minorities
in our school (Kuno!). And yet, her simplicity
and terrific smile have caught many a boy's
eye. Jar surely has a lot of admirers but
this doesn't seem to bother her a bit. A
music-lover, a photography freak… Jar is
that special someone you can surely depend
on; someone whom you can really call your
TRUE friend. |
|
MA. SOPHIA EDITHA CRUZ
(with honors)
Pale
and lean, Sophie has the fragile look. But
underneath that facade. Is a fierce determination
to succeed. Practical and systematic, she
believes that "it's not what you have, but
how you use it". The key to survival probably
is with Sophie for she talks s-e-n-s-e, and
the world is in great need of it. |
|
RAMIL CRUZ
The
tallest of all UPIS guys, a consistent scorer
and rebounder for the UP Juniors. Ramil
made it as the most reliable player of the
basketball team. He hopes to join the PBA
someday and with what he already has, it's
a long shot that couldn't possibly miss. |
|
REBECCA CRUZ
Becky's
mind is out of the class room 30 minutes before
the bell rings. But you'll find that her hilarious
laughter and her now-you-see-it-now-you-don't
dimple is a refreshing respite from the dull
goings-on of the day. A friend you would like
to be whenever the going gets rough, always
ready with a helping hand, even if she could
not quite control her own stroms. |
|
MA. THERESA CUDIAMAT
(with honors)
She
considered the Corps Office as her home
for a year. Theresa is sensible and pragmatic
in most everything. And to repeat, she was
so housed in the Corps Office that she did
not know all the fun going on in the Ol'
Multi and the darn -muddy soccer field. |
|
MAITE GRACIA CUNANAN
(with honors)
Famous
for her " going coconuts" frenzies, this small
-framed, fragile looking girl is actually
a toughie who can shock your eardrums off
with her naturally loud and ringing voice.
But don't get intimidated though, cause she
be real warm and sympathetic (and quiet?)
as a friend. Sense of humor? Yes…Moody? Sometimes…Crazy?
What do you think? |
